RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Disar Trade, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation

  • Be palletized and shrink wrapped for freight return shipments

  • Be in resellable condition

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

RETURN REQUESTS

All return requests must be approved by Disar Trade before merchandise is returned.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, including freight transportation costs required to return the merchandise to our warehouse, unless the return is due to:

  • Shipping damage

  • Manufacturer defect

  • An error on our part

Because many of our products are shipped via LTL freight carriers, return shipping costs may be substantial.

If a return is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns that are not the result of shipping damage, manufacturer defect, or an error on our part may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

FREIGHT DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortage, missing items, or packaging damage must be clearly noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to report visible freight damage at the time of delivery may affect claim eligibility.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

Concealed damage must be reported within 5 calendar days after delivery.

Customers must retain:

  • Original packaging

  • Pallet

  • Boxes

  • Damaged merchandise

until the freight claim process has been completed.

Failure to preserve packaging materials may result in denial of a freight damage claim by the carrier.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed products

  • Used products

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, modification, or installation

REFUSED DELIVERIES

Orders refused at delivery for reasons other than shipping damage may be subject to:

  • Return freight charges

  • Storage fees imposed by the carrier

  • A 20% restocking fee

These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a replacement or exchange, please contact us directly.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

REFUNDS

Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to shipping damage, manufacturer defect, or an error on our part.
