SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Disar Trade.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

FREIGHT & LARGE ITEM SHIPPING

Many of our bathroom vanities and cabinets are shipped via LTL freight carriers due to their size and weight.

Large freight shipments may require:

  • Appointment delivery

  • Residential delivery service

  • Liftgate service

The freight carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers must inspect all shipments at the time of delivery.

If there is any visible damage, missing items, or packaging damage, it must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to note visible freight damage upon delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

Any concealed damage discovered after opening the shipment must be reported within 5 calendar days after delivery.

Customers must keep:

  • Original packaging

  • Pallet

  • Boxes

  • Damaged merchandise

until the freight claim process is completed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal demand

  • Route availability

Disar Trade is not responsible for shipping delays caused by freight carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and accessible for delivery.

If a delivery is refused or if the carrier cannot complete delivery due to customer-related issues, additional shipping, storage, redelivery, or return freight charges may apply.

PICKUP ORDERS

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

Customers will be contacted once pickup orders are ready.
