If you've shopped for a bathroom vanity for a large primary bathroom, you've likely run into the same wall we hear about constantly from customers: most manufacturers simply don't make vanities much larger than 72"-84". Once you go beyond that, options thin out fast, and the ones that do exist often compromise on countertop quality — seamed sections, mismatched slabs, or thin engineered stone that doesn't hold up.
Disar Trade specializes in exactly this end of the market: large-format vanities from 120" up to 132" wide, built as a single matched piece with a continuous Carrara quartz countertop.
Why Large Vanities Are Hard to Find
Building a vanity beyond 96"-100" wide introduces real engineering challenges: countertop slabs get harder to source and ship without seams, cabinet frames need additional structural support to prevent sagging over such a long span, and shipping a piece this large requires freight logistics most furniture brands aren't set up to handle. Many companies simply stop offering sizes beyond what's easiest to manufacture and ship.

Built to Handle the Span
At this scale, construction quality matters even more than on a standard-size vanity. Every large-format Disar vanity uses the same solid wood frame and durable plywood cabinet construction as our smaller pieces, with additional internal support built in to carry the weight of a full-length quartz slab without sagging. Soft-close doors and drawers with dovetail solid wood drawer boxes are standard across every size we build.

Our large-format vanities are available from 120" to 132", in double-sink and vanity-desk configurations, with or without a matching tall linen cabinet, in White, Gray, Navy Blue, and Natural Oak.
